The design starts at our headquarters in Miami

Hearing aids built with real customer feedback: Over the years, our customers have guided on what they want in hearing aids. We’ve released 5 upgrades in 10 years, with each hearing aid getting smaller, slicker and more powerful. In 2022 our customers asked for the most natural sound clarity - so founders Paul and Marco spent hours with the R&D engineers to build just that. The result? The IX platform launched in 2024 - the first of its kind of hearing aid that uses two processors and a conversion engine - providing double the speech clarity vs. all the top manufacturers in the world.

We use only the best components

Every hearing aid passes a quality inspection: We make sure every hearing aid is built to pass stringent European quality standards. That is why we are intentionally about where we source our components. The most critical component of a hearing aid is the processor - we source ours directly from Denmark. The microphones are selected from Singapore, and the remaining components such as receivers, lithium ion batteries and the telecoil from factories across Europe and Asia. The engineering takes place in Germany, and finally they arrive at our headquarters in Miami in pre-sealed packaging. Nothing less, because you will wear these devices 10-12 hours a day, every day. They need to be reliable.
