Engineered excellence in every detail, built to the highest standards
Every hearing aid passes a quality inspection: We make sure every hearing aid is built to pass stringent European quality standards. That is why we are intentionally about where we source our components. The most critical component of a hearing aid is the processor - we source ours directly from Denmark. The microphones are selected from Singapore, and the remaining components such as receivers, lithium ion batteries and the telecoil from factories across Europe and Asia. The engineering takes place in Germany, and finally they arrive at our headquarters in Miami in pre-sealed packaging. Nothing less, because you will wear these devices 10-12 hours a day, every day. They need to be reliable.
