hear.com Announces Filing of Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering
UTRECHT, THE NETHERLANDS, April 19, 2021 – hear.com, the largest online provider of expert, medical-grade hearing care globally, today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form F-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) relating to the proposed initial public offering of the common shares of hear.com N.V. The offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering. hear.com intends to list its common shares on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol “HCG.”
