Official Rules of the hear.com “Free Hearing Aids Sweepstakes”

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of hear.com, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM ET on April 17, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on April 20, 2025.

3. How to Enter

To enter, visit URL during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the entry form with your full name, email address, and phone number. By submitting the form, you agree to receive marketing communications from hear.com. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on April 20, 2025. Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period. No automated entries allowed.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a pair of premium hearing aids (model and manufacturer at sponsor’s discretion). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,500. Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent will be made except at the sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by hear.com on or about April 21, 2025, from all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified via email or phone within five (5) business days of selection. The winner must respond within 48 hours to confirm eligibility and acceptance, or an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Publicity

Except where prohibited, by entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree that hear.com may use the winner’s name, city, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

8. General Conditions

hear.com reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised by any unauthorized intervention or other causes beyond the control of hear.com, hear.com reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

9. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize. A Form 1099 may be issued to the winner as required by law.

10. Privacy

Information collected is subject to the hear.com Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to the use of your information as described therein.

11. TCPA Consent

By entering, you provide express written consent for hear.com to contact you at the phone number provided with marketing calls and text messages using an automatic dialing system or a prerecorded voice.
